I forgot to put another other story on here. I went on UD's "longest night" bike ride a couple of days before Christmas and the after party at his house. His bike club friends are CRAZY. The one guy said the following quote: "bikes are like guns, you have to buy a new one every month..." and he didn't mean to
replace the old one. Then there was the other guy who commutes 2 1/2 hours to work
each way every day
on his bike, takes 700-mile bike rides for fun and also goes deer hunting in his backyard with a bow and arrow and nails the deer heads to trees in his driveway! I think Uncle Dennis and i might have been the most sane, normal people there, if you can believe that.
